She has expertise in portfolio management, trade mark prosecution, administrative litigation, transactional work, and contentious work, including opposition, invalidation and cancellation actions.
With considerable insight into China IP law and practice, Kristen has successfully represented many multinational companies and startups entering the Chinese market. Kristen is devoted to providing bespoke and creative legal solutions to clients’ matters in order to protect and maximise the value of their IP rights in China.
