Adam is experienced in the enforcement and commercialisation of IP rights, in both the Middle East and the United Kingdom.
Adam’s IP enforcement experience extends to litigating multi-jurisdictional, high value, complex IP disputes as well as commercial disputes with IP aspects, before IP Offices, Courts and Arbitral panels.
Adam’s IP commercialisation experience extends to preparing and negotiating a wide range of IP agreements and agreements with material IP aspects, such as research and development agreements, sponsorship agreements, material transfer agreements, other IP licences and assignments, joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, NDAs, and so on. He is also experienced in IP and commercial due diligence, and negotiating the IP aspects of complex M&A transactions.
